Welcome to Hamado. We care about your privacy and provide this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") to explain how Riverwood Innovations, LLC a California Limited Liability Company ("Hamado", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and shares your personally identifiable information ("PII") from you and other users (collectively, "Users") of our mobile application ("App"), Website ("Website" or "Site") and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of PII (collectively, "Use of PII") as described in this Privacy Policy.

How We Collect Information

PII You Provide To Us

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you request information, create or modify your personal account, request Services, complete a Hamado form or application, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, and other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Through Your Use of Our Services

The following are situations in which you may provide PII to us:

We also automatically collect PII via the App or Website through the use of various technologies, including cookies and pixel tags. We may collect IP address, browsing behavior and device IDs. This information is used by us in order to enable us to better understand how our Services are being used by visitors and allows us to administer and customize the Services to improve your overall experience.

Information Third Parties Provide

We may collect PII about you from sources other than you, such as from social media websites (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or others), blogs, other users and our business partners.

Location Information

When you use the Services we may collect your location data using your mobile device or computer. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

Device Information

When you use our Services through your computer, mobile phone or other device, we may collect PII regarding and related to your device, such as hardware models and IDs, device type, operating system version, the request type, the content of your request and basic usage information about your use of our Services, such as date and time. In addition, we may collect information regarding application-level events and associate that with your account to provide customer service. We may also collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage and application data caches.

Log Information

When you interact with the Services, we collect server logs, which may include PII like device IP address, access dates and times, App features or pages viewed, App crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party Site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.

Usage, Behavior and Preference Information

We collect PII about how you and Site visitors interact with our Services, preferences expressed, and settings chosen. In some cases we do this through the use of cookies, pixel tags, touch heatmaps, user recordings, crash videos and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers. A cookie is a small file placed on your device. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your device. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Hamado Services. Hamado cannot control the use of cookies by third-parties (or the resulting information), and use of third party cookies is not covered by this policy.

Information We Collect From Other Sources

We may also receive information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example if you choose to link, create, or log in to your Hamado account with a social media service, e.g. Facebook, or a payment provider, e.g. Google Wallet, or if you engage with a separate App or Website that uses our API, or whose API we use, we may receive information about you or your connections from that Site or App.

Log Files, Cookies and Anonymous Identifiers

We gather certain PII automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, or Site functionality, and to document your consent to receiving products, services or communications from us or our partners. If we link such information with personally identifiable information in a manner that identifies a particular individual, then we will treat all such information as personally identifiable information for purposes of this Privacy Policy.

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by us and our partners, affiliates, advertisers, analytics teams, or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Site, tracking user’s movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. We use cookies to help us know that you are logged on, provide you with features based on your preferences, understand when you are interacting with our Services, and compile other information regarding use of our Services. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our Site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use cookies to collect and store information. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our Site may be limited.

How We Use PII

Services

We will use this information in order to:

·       Send you communications we think will be of interest to you, including information about products, services, promotions, news, and events of Hamado and other companies, where permissible and according to local applicable laws;

·       Display advertising, including advertising that is targeted to you based on your location, interests, as well as your Hamado activities;

·       Verify your identity and prevent impersonation, spam or other unauthorized or illegal activity;

We may transfer the information described in this Privacy Policy to, and process and store it in, the United States and other countries, some of which may have less protective data protection laws than the region in which you reside. Where this is the case, we will take appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement

Hamado is committed to cooperating with law enforcement while respecting each individual’s right to privacy. If Hamado receives a request for user account information from a government agency investigating criminal activity, we will review the request to be certain that it satisfies all legal requirements before releasing information to the requesting agency.

Furthermore, under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2702(b)(8) and 2702(c)(4) (Voluntary Disclosure Of Customer Communications or Records), Hamado may disclose user account information to law enforcement, without a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, in response to a valid emergency when we believe that doing so is necessary to prevent death or serious physical harm to someone. Hamado will not release more information than it prudently believes is necessary to prevent harm in an emergency situation.

Security

We take your security seriously and employ physical and electronic safeguards to limit the risk of inadvertent exposure of PII. Nevertheless, we cannot and do not guarantee that PII cannot be hacked or disclosed while in transit across networks. Therefore, you understand and agree that we will not be liable for any breach of PII.

Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for users who are 18 years old or older. Furthermore, we do not knowingly market to or collect PII from persons under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received PII from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will inform registered users by email or in the App. Those changes will go into effect on the "Revised" date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Site or Services, you consent to the revised Privacy Policy.
